National Aviation Heritage Invitational

This ad campaign was created for Rolls-Royce of North America and World of Wings for national publication use throughout 2003. This event was a huge success at both the Eastern awards held at the Dayton Air Show, and the Western awards held at the Reno Air Races. Attending both events, Joe was greatly honored to have met many dignitaries as well as aviation legends and pioneers including, Col. Robert Morgan, Commander of the "Memphis Belle", Don Lopez, J. "Roy" Shoffner, owner of the famous P-38 Lightning, "Glacier Girl", and even managed to have lunch with astronaut, Neil Armstrong, Commander of the Apollo 11 mission. As fate would have it, Joe had the distinct honor of meeting Mr. Armstrong on July 20th, 2003, 34 years to the day after he walked on the moon. Joe was moved to tears as he shook the hand of this American legend.

Created to be rich, visually enticing, and mechanically versatile with placement and application a constant factor, this art set a new standard for the promotion of this event and was extremely effective for these prestigious annual events.
